In IE10, how can I make the address bar show in the same row where the close and minimize buttons are?

In IE10, how can I make the address bar show in the same row where the
close and minimize buttons are?

In IE you can choose "show tabs on a separate row". Then your tabs will be
on a separate row from the address bar.
But there is a row which only has the "close", "minimize", and "restore"
buttons. That's a waste of space. Are there any ways I can make the
address bar go to the same row where the close and minimize buttons are?
